If you are applying for service on a pre-existing line, but the account is not in your name, you must first obtain written permission from the account holder. Cable & Wireless will not be able to process your application unless you provide a valid original letter signed by the account holder authorising you to apply for the service(s). The national ID of the account holder must also be provided.
